I posted an image of this look on Instagram captioning it “low rise jeans are a big risk for tall girls”. When I say this, I don’t dispute that it may be a risk for other shapes and sizes but I do have grounds for my claim so let me elaborate.

For me, I find that low rise jeans sheepishly covers half off my bottom which is annoying. No one likes unsolicited breeze between the lady cheeks so that was reason enough for me to steer clear. As well as that, I find that people very readily assume that instead of sporting stylish ankle grazers( which might I add is extremely in trend), the tall person of topic is simply wearing jeans that are too short/small for them which isn’t the case.

I plucked up my courage and took the plunge all in the name of style and it worked out A-Ok. I think I’m going to make a habit of this and hopefully I’ll come out with more amazing testimonies (I’m so dramatic!)
