Pencils skirts have been around for such a long time and are still consistently incorporated into all the seasons and trends year on year and I think there is a simple reason why. They look good on nearly everyone. No matter what shape you have, pencil skirts will always create a classy silhouette and really heighten ones ones femininity.

I think as a brand, Burberry produces some of the best pencil skirts in the game. I am OBSESSING over the python effect skirt. Its been on my mind ever since I’ve laid eyes on it and I’ve already worn it no less than about 50 times in my imaginary life.

The python ripples as well as the hyper shine glossy effect adds so much character to the skirt and will really uplight any plain outfit. I’m also quite fond of the PVC skirt as the ‘bloody’ colour is quite popular during the AW season. The only think I’m slightly apprehensive about is that it has some transparency to it. If you’re not careful, the person behind you WILL see your knickers.
