The first day was pretty hectic. I had so many shows and tried to weave in time to blog and meet up with other bloggers. It definitely was a task! I ended up taking time out to relax at the New Look fuel room at the Hilton Waldorf which was great because the weather was SO BAD. Thank you to New Look for providing bloggers with a place to blog, stay dry, network and eat!

Do you guys remember this dress from my old blog? (I wore it on holiday to the dominican Republic)
I wanted to find a way to wear it differently because I like being creative and enjoyed restyling old(er) pieces. It obvious that this dress was inspired by the balenciaga skirt so I thought it wear it in a similar fashion. I just tucked the top part of the dress into the bottom and ‘made’ it a skirt! Wahla!

Some of you that follow me on instagram know that I’ve really been in to masculine dressing but I like putting a feminine twist on it. For me, the scuba textured dress was feminine twist enough and it had just enough ‘frills’ to do the job.
